We've been to many dog groomers in the past, but none have been able to groom our dog Marley due to his hyperactive nature. We were even advised to consider medicating him just to get him groomed — something we really didn't want to do. Then we found Hobsons Bay Dog Grooming and decided to give it a try. From the moment we spoke with Samantha, we were impressed by her calm, confident, and caring nature. She made us feel at ease, and more importantly, Marley felt the same. To our surprise and delight, Samantha was able to give Marley a full groom without any issues. She even sent us videos of him during the process — happy, relaxed, and completely calm! It was such a relief and a joy to see our boy being treated with such kindness and patience. We are so grateful to Samantha and can't recommend Hobsons Bay Dog Grooming enough. It's clear they truly care about the dogs in their care. Thank you for giving Marley such a positive experience — we'll definitely be back!

I was so pleased when this grooming shop opened near me as it has parking. The staff there are excellent groomers and very kind to my nervous cavoodle who behaves extremely well with them. I've had about 4 grooms done there and I'd highly recommend them thanks so much for taking care of Keeta.

Minnie had a full wash and clip service, and she looks gorgeous and smells amazing. The groomer was a real sweetheart and did such a great job. It's fabulous to have a new local groomer in Newport. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.
